John Cushing has spent his 32 year career representing people who died or were seriously injured due to the negligence of wrongful conduct of another person, company, or government agency. His clients include automobile, bus, truck and train crash victims, people injured at work and at construction sites, and victims of defective pharmaceutical drugs, defective and dangerous products, and medical negligence.
He has extensive trial experience in both state and federal court in jurisdictions throughout the United States, and many of his clients are referred by other lawyers who recognize his abilities and accomplishments and trust their clients in his hands. His aggressive and focused approach to litigation has resulted in numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients. Most recently he was responsible for a $16.6 million verdict awarded to the family of a woman who died as the result of a defective pain medication patch by two subsidiaries of Johnson & Johnson.
